How We Do It
COVID-19
Due to Covid-19 your orders will be shipped via Motion Living selected carriers within 72 hours (not including weekends or holidays) after you place the order if all items are in stock. However, we currently recommend our customers to expect a delivery time of 7-10 days due to transportation restrictions for the goods to arrive from the day we ship.

AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
Motion Living's digital catalog is independent of physical stores, both on price level and quantity in stock. All promotional campaigns have limited and exclusive stock for online marketing.
Motion Living only processes an order made by a User upon confirmation of their payment, and Address
Motion Living cannot guarantee the availability of the items until the start of the processing. The estimated time for shipment plus the time of transport depends on the chosen carrier, as well as the destination of the order.
Motion Living only ships on working days. This way, neither weekends nor holidays are counted towards estimated delivery of parcels. In any case, the estimated delivery dates are indicative only.
If any product ordered becomes unavailable during the order processing Motion Living make the diligence to have the item sourced. In case of this alternative source represents an increased cost Motion Living will proceed with the consent given by the User after contacting him.
In case of absolute unavailability of stock of the ordered product, Motion Living may propose to the User the supply of a product of equivalent quality and price, if any, and in this case, the order will only continue after consent given by the User.
In case of absolute unavailability of stock of the ordered product, and since it is not possible to propose to the User any product of equivalent quality and price, or not having given its consent to change the order initially made, Motion Living will reimburse the amounts paid by the User, within a maximum period of thirty (30) days after notice of cancellation.
Any delay in the shipment of articles, compared to the estimated dates presented, does not give the User the right to any compensation.
