Returns

Motion Living return policy applies only to unused items purchased online through our website at www.motionliving.com

Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Before returning any item, you must contact our Customer Service Department to validate the process.


Conditions
If the goods sold do not meet the following conditions;

  • Fit for the purpose as described

  • Match the description given

  • Are free of defects and faults

We may offer to repair, replace or refund at our discretion.
If goods are to be returned, they must be returned unused and in is original packaging. When returning goods contact for instructions on correct return procedures.

Motion Living will replace products that have obvious manufacturing defects. Damages cause by water, fire or impact are not subject to warranty. All products must be inspected by Motion Living for a return/refund to be issued.
