Our Policy

Motion Living Limited Warranty

If you ride your Scooter, Balance Bike or any other Motion ride-on, in a manner that applies excess forces and stresses to the product, the product will not be covered by the warranty.
Our products are designed to meet the applicable safety standards, however the forces exerted through extreme riding will cause premature wear to all parts.

The manufacturer warranties these products to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase, 2 years for the electric scooter category.

The limited Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage, failure or loss caused by improper assembly, maintenance, or storage.

This limited Warranty will be void if product is ever:
* Used in a manner other than for recreation
* Modified in any way.
* Rented.

The manufacturer is not liable for incidental or consequential loss or damage due directly or indirectly to the use of any product. Motion Living does not offer an extended warranty. If you have purchased an extended warranty, it must be honoured by the store at which it was purchased.
For your records, save your original sales receipt with the manual and write the serial number below.

In the event that the product purchased is defective, the User must notify the User Support on the Site, informing the order number and the description of the malfunction. The cost of returning or collecting items within the warranty period will be supported by Motion Living.

Upon receipt of the item at the premises of Motion Living, a technical verification will be carried out with the brand representative or its official repairer and, in the event of any lack of conformity, the item will be replaced. In this case, Motion Living will proceed to the replacement of the item and will re-send to the User's address at no additional cost.

If the technical check detects signs of misuse, and / or any problem that may have caused the malfunction of the item (eg, Impact, humidity, etc.), the product will immediately be classified as not covered by warranty. The user will be responsible for all return and handling costs.
